Light to the Night

Qingsong. Take the back door. We leave together.
Too late. We don't have time. Qingsong.
Don't worry, Qingsong. The police won't trace it here.
Even if they do, I'll take the fall. Go now.

- Qingsong, go. Qingsong, go. - I'll be back.
- I'll be back. - Go, Qingsong. Qingsong, go.
I paid you to put on a show.
It's not going to happen a third time.
I was trying to prove myself. But then,
I proved I was a fool.
- Let's go. - Hurry up. Quit dragging your feet.
- Misunderstanding. - Did they ask you?
One faked you out,
We've taken a beating over a missing case that hasn't even been filed. And now you say don't back out, tell me how we move forward.
Today's the third day. We have to keep our word.
I owe Xu Meng and her dad the truth.
if we pull out now, it'll all be for nothing.
Don't get too hung up on things. Let go when you can.
and leave no regrets.
I ran around for days, nearly wore my shoes out.
He. That's basically immersive roleplay.
Anyone who goes with you is out of their mind.
