沪漂建筑设计师夏孜（李兰迪 饰）在上海经历了失业、父亲夏辉（耿乐 饰）的突然离世与人生的重重打击，满身疲惫地逃离内卷的大城市，回到了儿时成长的故乡喀什古城。与此同时，儿时挚友——舞蹈演员米娜娃尔（木克热木·开赛尔 饰）在婚姻与事业间挣扎，土陶技艺传承人莱丽（邱天 饰）在传统与现代理念间徘徊。来喀什“淘金”的青年周恒之（郭俊辰 饰）带着现代民宿理念走进古城，三位好友与这位闯入者一同踏上改造百年“驼铃驿站”的旅程。 在喧闹的巴扎、缭绕的茶馆琴声、街巷的烟火气中，夏孜与伙伴们不仅让老建筑焕发新生，更在挑战与互助中重新审视人生方向，找到了真正的自我，最终发现：故乡从来不是退路，而是另一段人生的起点。
